Steel type eevee evolution. Cleaned the winglike things up a bit.

See if you can name it, as names aren't my speciality

ANY ideas on how to improve this (as in techniques, neatening or just sharing your opinion) would be appreciated.


One sprite will be released monthly as I'm still learning and it takes a lot of patience doing this with a laptop touchpad that sticks.....continuously!
